The development of the devices goes back to 2005, when master toolmaker Roland Übelacker developed and patented his first transport trolley.
The idea behind it was to create a compact device that is very light and extremely stable and can also be quickly and variably adapted to different pane sizes. This transport trolley can move panes up to 1000 kg.
The inventor then founded the company transportsolution to market and sell the device. This produces exclusively in Germany and today offers a variety of solutions from transport trolleys for small panes up to 250 kg, plate rollers with clamping jaws and unicycle trolleys with pneumatic tires to large transport trolleys for weights up to 1400 kg.
