Professional, strong corner protection made of high-strength steel with a robust surface for effective protection against damages to sensitive products such as glass panes, window and door frames, stoneware tiles, door leaves etc. During the transport of flat goods of any kind like glass panes, window and door frames, stoneware tiles, door panes etc. from the manufacturing site to the installation site there is a high risk of damage at the edges of the product. If, for example, the transport goods are placed on the trolley by the truck, carried up a staircase to the next floor or if an employee has to put down the transport goods spontaneously due to overload, corners may be damaged. It might as well occur that the transport good might slide out of the hand, that it is put down too fast and uneven or that it comes into contact with stair steps. Mostly this leads to substantial damages at the transport good so that a refabrication will be necessary. This would entail enormous postponements at the installation site. Material: Smart Edge consists of bivalve clamping jaws made out of high-strength steels with a robust surface and two specially developed, interior Protect foam layers. These two shells are mounted at the respective edges of the transport good with two threaded bolts which are positioned on opposite sides and two tension levers. The Protect foam layers protect the transport goods from damages through an even force distribution onto a big surface and through the softening/intercepting of occurring vibrations and impacts. Advantages: • Ideal corner protection for all plates and panes • Prevents damages and breaks during transport and loading • Protects edges from knocks and scratches • Utterly robust, stable, shock-resistant and durable • usable as storage and transport protection alike Dimensions: Leg length: 110 mm x 110 mm Edge length: 210 mm Options: For panes up to 3 cm thickness For panes up to 6 cm thickness For panes up to 8 cm thickness
• can be used up to -15°C degrees! • fast suction on smooth, non-porous flat surfaces • a red warning indicator alerts the user in case of significant vacuum loss • Check valve allows repumping without loss of residual vacuum • Valve release lever enables quick and complete release Wood's Powr-Grip vacuum hand suction system offers assistance in moving production materials, bulky household appliances and other difficult-to-handle loads while protecting the material surface from damages. These hand-held vacuum suction systems use the force of atmospheric pressure in order to adhere to a surface. By manually actuating a vacuum pump, the air between the rubber of the suction pad and the load is removed. This way the atmospheric pressure holds the vacuum suction system in place with incredible force. These vacuum suction systems are used for carrying glass, windows, doors, stone and almost any other material with smooth, non-porous surfaces. Properties: • the light, resilient handle is made out of stainless "ABS" polymer • can be used up to -15°C degrees! • fast suction on smooth, non-porous flat surfaces • a red warning indicator alerts the user in case of significant vacuum loss • Check valve allows repumping without loss of residual vacuum • Valve release lever enables quick and complete release • including protective carry cases Technical data: • Suction pad: flat, 8" [20cm] diameter • Load capacity: 57 kg per vacuum suction system

The OTTOVAC is the world's first battery-operated vacuum cleaner in the form of a commercially available hand pump vacuum cleaner with an automatic suction function. If a loss of vacuum occurs, the OTTOVAC automatically refills the vacuum. As with the GRABO PRO, the latest development from GRABO has an integrated pressure loss sensor. If the negative pressure drops below approx. -0.6 bar, the OTTOVAC automatically suctions to maximum negative pressure (approx. -0.75 bar). Thanks to the built-in pressure gauge, you can always keep an eye on the pressure. With a suction power of up to 65 kg, the OTTOVAC can vacuum on almost any smooth surface. The OTTOVAC was only designed for purely smooth surfaces. So ideal for glass and tiles Includes storage case
GRABO Pro is equipped with a robust vacuum pump. The foam rubber vacuum seal on the GRABO Pro tool is strong and resistant to loss of vacuum pressure. Once activated, the pressure pump creates strong suction and adheres firmly to any non-porous, flat surface. The suction is strong enough to hold loads of up to 375 lbs. To lift a slab of flat, solid material, simply turn on the device and place it straight on the surface. The GRABO Pro automatically monitors the vacuum and if vacuum pressure is lost, the pump will automatically turn on until vacuum pressure is restored. The handle is also equipped with a digital display that shows the maximum weight the GRABO Pro can safely lift at that moment. Weight is displayed in both pounds and kilograms. The Pro-Lifter is equipped with an intelligent digital pressure sensor. This makes it even more effective on different surfaces. With a simple press of a button, the lifting function is automatically activated and regulated. The sensor automatically ensures an optimal suction level so that objects remain completely under control when lifting or even while moving. The digital display on the handle shows the applied pressure in both bar and psi. With the pressure sensors, you don't have to worry about turning the vacuum pump on or off. In fact, the automatic sensor is particularly useful when lifting and moving coarse materials. The sensors digitally detect the required pressure and maintain it while the object being lifted is transported. This ensures precise handling and installation without too much effort. In any case, the sensor automatically stops the pump when the maximum vacuum capacity of 11.6 PSI is reached. However, if you want to lift and move objects that have lighter mass, then the vacuum pump can be turned off. When you want to remove the tool from the object you simply push the red vacuum release button. The tool operates on 14.8 volts 2600 mAh Li-ion removable battery. The battery takes two hours for a full charge. On a full charge, this powerful battery can last for 900 cycles or 1.5 hours on non-stop running. The battery lasts for a whopping 30 days on standby mode. Just like the Classic model, GRABO PRO is also equipped with four lifting lugs placed on both sides of the grab handle. These lugs become handy in case the tool is to be used with additional grips or straps for support. The GRABO Pro has been rigorously tested by professionals around the world. Given its compact design and competitive performance, the Pro Lifter is rapidly becoming a tool of choice, especially in the construction industry around the world.NOTE: Due to the high pressure created with GRABO, we strongly recommend that you do not attempt to attach GRABO to glass thinner than 6mm. Glass thinner than 6mm may be damaged.
